Terms of Service

Quality of service: Lino Sanitation Services INC. uses a state-of-the-art high temp pressure washing system that uses eco-friendly products providing you with optimal cleanliness.

Customers Responsibility:

    • Trash bins should be left out on cleaning / trash day. In the event bins are not accessible for cleaning, customers will be subject to their normal service charge. Billing and cleaning will then resume the following cycle.
    • For proper service to take place, cans must be free of the following:
      1. Trash bags with waste and/or individual waste items *(IF THERE IS A SMALL AMOUNT OF TRASH LEFT IN BIN, IT WILL BE REMOVED FOR SERVICE AND RETURNED WHEN FINISHED)
      2. Animal waste
      3. Chemicals, paint, glue and other adhesives, oil, or hazardous waste of any kind
      4. Building materials (plaster, stucco or concrete)
      5. Yard waste such as leaves, branches, etc.
        *IN THE EVENT THESE CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET, SERVICE MAY NOT BE PERFORMED AND SCHEDULED SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED. *

Service Scheduling: Service may be same day or the next day, after your trash bins are emptied. If we are unable to provide service(s) on the scheduled day for a reason other than customer noncompliance, customer(s) will NOT be charged and contacted to reschedule for the next available service date. If you have plans to be out of town and your bins will not be out for us to clean, please notify us no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled service.

Billing: All billing is done using a credit card that is stored on file. Automatic payments will be applied the day before or the same day of your scheduled service. If you have any disputes or discrepancies, please call us immediately to get it resolved. Our monthly and quarterly service plans must be scheduled for a minimum of 3 cleanings.

Cancellation: While we have no contracts, should you cancel your subscription after your first service, you will be charged the difference for our one-time cleaning fee. After 2 services, if you choose to cancel, please give us 7 days’ notice via phone call.
